How is this different from hiring a consultant?
Consultants typically deliver recommendations. We deliver structural changes to your operating model — documented systems, governance frameworks, and AI-native workflows that your team operates after we leave. We also deploy Senzo, our proprietary AI delivery intelligence, which no consulting firm offers.
Do we need to pause delivery during the engagement?
No. The Diagnostic runs alongside your existing delivery cadence. Layer 2 implementation is designed to integrate incrementally — we don't ask teams to stop shipping to restructure.
What does the team interaction model look like?
We work directly with engineering leadership (EM, VP Eng, CTO). Team-level interaction is limited to observation and data analysis during the Diagnostic, and structured workshops during Implementation. We don't embed in your standups.
